IBSS Connect recommends the best spaces for your meeting based on your appointments time, date and capacity limits (initially based on attendees). Refine searches based on images of the room, meta data and pre-set filters like building location, AV, Catering, in-room services, and much more. Real-time outlook synchronization . BOOK WHAT YOU WANT, WHEN YOU NEED IT IBSS connect is in constant sync with Outlook and our underlying space booking engine. From instantly presenting available rooms based on your appointment attendees and meeting times, to updating the meetings’ location based on the selected space. Make changes in either Outlook or Connect, and we’ll do the rest. Decide which visitors need building access . - Having added your attendees within Outlook’s “required” and “optional” fields, IBSS Connect allows you to assign visitor access to attendees who are due to visit the building.
