We securely store your data in UK hosted data centres, unless as part of our enterprise service delivery to you we have agreed a different region. 
The data is stored whilst the delivery of products to the client is ongoing and/or whilst the products are expected to be operational and/or whilst interaction is expected regarding previously and/or currently provided products.  
To prevent unauthorized disclosure or access to your information, we have implemented strong physical and electronic safeguards, and only those categories of users that require access to the data will be provided with the appropriate data access rights.

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

7.1 Changes to our privacy policy

We keep the privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page. This privacy policy was last updated on October 2020. 

7.2 Privacy policies of other websites

The ICONICS websites contain links to other websites. Our privacy policy applies only to our websites, so if you click on a link to another website, you should read their privacy policy. 

7.3 Organisational Scope

The privacy policy applies to ICONICS UK Ltd., ICONICS UK Services Ltd. and Single Source Solution Ltd. information will be exchanged between these companies where required. As the organisational scope of the privacy policy includes these companies, these companies will not be considered 3rd party companies. 

8. ICONICS SaaS Solutions

8.1 Data Processor

ICONICS provides cloud hosted systems (SaaS Solutions) that are managed by ICONICS for the customer. As part of the SaaS Solution ICONICS controls how personal data is stored and the security controls in place to restrict access to the personal data stored in the solution to authenticated users. 
In these deployments ICONICS is a Data Processor. 

8.2 Data Controller

The customer controls which (if any) personal is collected, what purpose the data is used for, which individuals the data is collected about, if and when the data will be disclosed to whom, and if the data is subject to exemptions. 
In these deployments the customer is the Data Controller. 

8.3 Products & Solutions

Products/Solutions covered under this scope are: 
  • The ICONICS Health, Safety & Environmental Solution 
  • The ICONICS IBSS Platform (including Roamer, Unity, Inspire, and OneLens) 
  • Any bespoke platform created by ICONICS, which is offered as a SaaS Solution to the customer
