IBSS connect is in constant sync with Outlook and our underlying space booking engine. From instantly presenting available rooms based on your appointment attendees and meeting times, to updating the meetings’ location based on the selected space. Make changes in either Outlook or Connect, and we’ll do the rest.
Decide which visitors need building access.

Having added your attendees within Outlook’s “required” and “optional” fields, IBSS Connect allows you to assign visitor access to attendees who are due to visit the building. Once you’ve completed their relevant visitor details (first name, last name, company, arrival location, etc.) IBSS will automatically add them to our visitor management engine, and visitors can be managed across the IBSS stack.
